PREVIOUS BESPOKE PIECES
The dress shown here was made for a previous client and is shared as an example of what we can create together. It was designed slowly and thoughtfully, shaped around how she wanted to feel on the day – comfortable, confident and completely herself. From the softly structured bodice to the flowing skirt and hand-finished details, every element was chosen with care.
When you commission a custom piece with Blodau, you’re involved at every stage. We’ll talk through your ideas, your plans and what matters most to you, before moving into sketches, fabric choices and fittings. There’s no template to follow as your garment is designed around you!
Each piece is made in my studio using natural, considered materials and traditional techniques, with time allowed for the design to evolve as we go. No two dresses are ever the same, and that’s very much the point.
