Blodau SHIPPING

At Blodau, every piece is made by hand, just for you. Because each garment is crafted to order, we take great care in preparing and packing your order before it begins its journey to you. We want your Blodau piece to arrive safely, beautifully presented, and exactly as you imagined it.

 

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required. The cost of delivery is included in the price of your garment — there are no hidden charges at checkout.

 

UK Delivery

Production & Dispatch Times

As every Blodau piece is made to order, please allow 3-6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email update when your order is being prepared and again the moment it is on its way, complete with your tracking details.

 

Delivery Service

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – a next-day, fully tracked, signature-required service. We have chosen this service specifically because of the care and craftsmanship that goes into each Blodau piece; we want to make sure it arrives safely and securely.

Once dispatched, you can expect delivery by 1pm the following working day.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number

  • SMS or email delivery notifications (if you have opted in)

  • Proof of delivery, including a signature, upon arrival

You can track your parcel at any time at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the number provided in your dispatch email.

 

Signature Required

Because all Blodau orders are sent via a signature-required service, someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If no one is available:

  • Royal Mail will leave a ‘Something for You’ card with instructions

  • You can arrange a redelivery to your address or an alternative address

  • You can collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point

We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available, such as a workplace, if you are unlikely to be at home.

 

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available on request – please contact us at info@blodau.uk before placing your order if you require a Saturday delivery, as this must be arranged at the time of dispatch and an additional surcharge will apply.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch at info@blodau.uk before ordering so we can discuss delivery options, timescales, and costs for your location.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

 

Packaging

We believe that a Blodau piece deserves a beautiful arrival. Every order is carefully wrapped and presented, ready to be gifted or treasured from the moment you open it. We are committed to using sustainable, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, because we care about the world we make things in, as much as the things we make.

 

Problems with Your Delivery?

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives in a condition that is not perfect, please contact us straight away at info@blodau.uk. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
